What is Brea AI? The AI assistant you text in iMessage

Brea AI is a personal AI assistant you text in iMessage. You send it a message like you would to a person, and it does the task in the apps you already use: it replies to email, books appointments, plans trips, watches prices and files documents. It connects to more than 2,000 apps, it asks before anything important happens, and it's free to start with every feature included.

How Brea works

You sign up with your phone number at app.brea.ai and then text Brea in iMessage. There's no app to learn. You can send texts, photos, files and voice memos from your iPhone, Apple Watch or Mac.

Brea then does the work instead of handing you instructions. A text like "book me the cheapest nonstop to Miami next Friday" turns into a search, a short reply with the best option and a question asking if you want it booked.

What people use it for

Apps and websites it works with

Brea connects to more than 2,000 tools, including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Dropbox and Asana. The full list is on our integrations page. When Brea needs an app you haven't connected, it texts you a secure link.

For websites with no integration, Brea opens a browser and does the job the way you would: filling forms, comparing prices or booking. It signs in with logins you save in an encrypted vault, never in a text, and it only pays after you approve the payment in Link by Stripe.

Who it's for

Anyone with too much busywork. Most of our users are people running their own work, so we've written guides for real estate agents, short-term rental hosts, bookkeepers, recruiters, insurance brokers, consultants and others. It works fine for personal life too: meal plans, school emails, trip planning.

Brea is one general assistant. It isn't a real estate CRM or a bookkeeping app, so it knows your business through the apps you connect and what you tell it.

Every account starts free, with every feature included. You don't need a credit card to sign up.

Is Brea safe?

Brea AI vs Brea AI Receptionist
